45-Day Return Window
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 45 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unworn condition
- Include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories
- Show no signs of use, scratches, or damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@thevarenna.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or certificates
- Items returned after the 45-day window
