Returns and Refunds

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and certificates.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Warranty

All watches come with a 100 days warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorised modifications.
