Shipping Rates
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £200. Orders under £200: £9.99.
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €200. Orders under €200: €14.99.
- United States: Flat rate of $19.99 per order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 7-15 business days
- United States: 7-15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website (DHL, Royal Mail, or other applicable carrier).
Insured Shipping
All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Varenna Eyewear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
